Please note that the operation hours for the helpline are Monday to Friday between 09h00am and 15h00pm. The walk-in centre will move to 40 Church Square from 24 March 2025. Visitors to the walk-in centre must book an available timeslot for a walk-in appointment and report to the security desk at 40 Church Square on the day of the appointment for assistance.
